Privacy notice
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Reggio Recruitment respects the information entrusted to us by employers, candidates, and website visitors. This notice explains the main ways information is handled across recruitment and managed monthly services.
Privacy at a glanceWho operates this service
Reggio Recruitment is operated by the Phillips Norton Group. Official service correspondence and privacy requests are handled through the Phillips Norton email domain shown below.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide through employer inquiries, candidate applications, account creation, managed service administration, payment records, and correspondence. This may include identity, contact, employment, qualification, billing, and recruitment-related information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate suitable opportunities, support recruitment and agreed monthly services, maintain accounts, administer invoices or compensation records, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse, and improve our services.
Who can see information
Employer users see information needed for their searches and managed engagements. Candidates see their own profile, applications, and eligible payment records. Financial records are separated so employers do not receive candidate-private payment statements and candidates do not receive Reggio commercial pricing.
International transfers
Providing cross-border services may require sharing approved information between Indonesia and the United States or with contracted service providers. Reggio Recruitment uses appropriate notices, consent, contractual safeguards, and access controls for those transfers.
Retention and security
We retain information only for operational, contractual, legal, and dispute-resolution needs. We apply role-based access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information and may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis for processing. Some records must be retained to satisfy legal, tax, contractual, or fraud-prevention obligations.
Website measurement
We use privacy-conscious website measurement to understand page visits, traffic sources, campaigns, and important actions such as employer inquiries and candidate registrations. Our first-party conversion records use a temporary session identifier and do not store form names, email addresses, résumés, or message content.
Contact
Questions, privacy requests, and official Reggio correspondence may be sent to support@phillipsnorton.com, the Phillips Norton Group address used to operate this service.
