Website terms
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These website terms explain the general rules for using Reggio Recruitment’s public website and secure portals. Signed client, service, and worker agreements control each actual engagement.
General website termsService operator
Reggio Recruitment is a recruitment service operated by the Phillips Norton Group. The Reggio name identifies the specialist service, while official correspondence may use the Phillips Norton email domain. The legal entity named in a signed proposal or agreement controls the specific commercial relationship.
Website information
The website provides general information about Reggio Recruitment services and does not constitute legal, tax, employment, immigration, or financial advice. Website pricing is indicative until confirmed in a signed proposal.
Candidate services
Candidates must provide accurate information. A profile or application is not a job offer, Reggio Recruitment does not guarantee placement, and candidates must never pay Reggio a registration, recruitment, or placement fee. Compensation, deductions, benefits, schedule, and the contracting or employment arrangement must be documented before work begins.
Employer services
Reggio may provide recruitment, screening, onboarding coordination, monthly payment administration, account support, and other services identified in a signed client agreement and service plan. Reggio is responsible only for services expressly included in those documents.
Monthly billing
Monthly prices depend on the role, schedule, experience, equipment, benefits, and local arrangement. Invoice timing, due dates, currency, taxes, deposits, transfer fees, late-payment consequences, and service suspension rights are governed by the signed client agreement.
Working relationship
The client agreement identifies the contracting or hiring entity and allocates responsibility for supervision, time records, leave, overtime, equipment, information security, statutory benefits, tax, and employment compliance. Reggio does not represent that every engagement uses the same legal arrangement.
60-day replacement guarantee
If an employer raises a genuine fit concern within 60 calendar days of a professional’s first day, Reggio reviews it with both sides and seeks a practical resolution. If the same role still requires a different match, Reggio offers one replacement search without an additional recruitment fee. This does not waive compensation or charges for work already performed, promise an immediate replacement, or apply to a materially changed role, schedule, or scope. The signed client agreement and service plan specify the claim process, search, notice, billing, handover, and termination terms. The guarantee is a recruitment-service commitment, not a worker probation or automatic termination term.
Changes and cancellation
Notice periods, final billing, any refunds or credits, handover duties, and termination rights are governed by the signed client agreement and service plan.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Employers and candidates must protect confidential information and use system access only for authorized work. Ownership and permitted use of work product are determined by the applicable client, service, and worker agreements. The Reggio Recruitment name, website design, written materials, and original content may not be reused commercially without written permission.
Acceptable portal use
Users must keep credentials private, provide accurate records, upload only lawful files, and avoid attempting to access another person’s information. Reggio may restrict portal access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce signed agreements.
Contact
Questions, privacy requests, and official Reggio correspondence may be sent to support@phillipsnorton.com, the Phillips Norton Group address used to operate this service.
